I’ve been working in nonprofit and corporate finance for over 15 years, hands-on in many roles such as Controller at The Public Theater and Director of Finance at Signature Theatre Company. I know budgets are tight and overhead costs need to be kept low, which is why I am happy to offer fractional controllership and budgeting services.
I’d love to put my expertise to work helping your theater thrive as a trusted partner to your staff, offering a la carte and retainer-based services. The artistic and management staff can focus on what makes them tick, and take compliance and financial sustainability off of their plates without adding headcount.
I offer both project-based and ongoing partnership, e.g. seasonally when there is a big increase in workload (audit season, capital projects), need for financial communications (board presentations), or tech or process improvement (ERP upgrades, financial system implementation).
